主要研究方向:
1. 低维氧化物半导体材料的制备、掺杂与表面修饰及其在气敏传感器、环境光催化领域的应用;
2. 氧化物半导体异质结构的制备及其紫外探测器等光电器件领域应用
主要研究成果:
主持并完成国家自然科学基金项目和武汉市科技攻关计划项目各1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目、省市科研项目4项,获得发明专利2项。
